We are a unique gym in Rotterdam City specialising in small group training and Personal Training. We have an awesome team of trainers with specialties ranging from Functional Fitness, building strength, rehabilitation and lifestyle changes, to understanding your body better, nutritional needs and so much more. We are confident that whatever your health and fitness goal is, we can help you to achieve it. 

Our classes will be a mixture of strength, conditioning, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, mobility as well as a variety of specialty classes. We will have Open Gym available for those looking to train alongside our classes or those working on specific programmes.

The wod (workout of the day) will be 1 hour including a brief by the coach, warm up, workout and cool down. 

We think training should be fun, and our coaches are there to make sure you have a good time, every time. The workouts will vary each day and you will be challenged.

No matter what level of fitness you are, we have something for everyone.

With options for all abilities, whether you aspire to be Matt Fraser or Tia Toomey competing at the CrossFit Games, already compete in top level sport and are looking to compliment your existing training programme, or even if you have never done any sport before and just want to get stronger and healthier to combat these trying times we see ourselves in. We got you covered, you will go home an even better version of yourself.
