Free intake
It all starts with a either a free trial lesson or if you are looking for more information about what is right for you, you can schedule a free intake. On the intake we can assess your fitness level and learn about your goals. We'll tell you more about The Bar and our different membership options and find what is right for you.​
MEMBERSHIp options
Below you can find the full overview of our memberships. You have the option of a monthly membership that gives you the flexibility to cancel every month (after a 3 month commitment period) or you can dedicate yourself to your fitness goal and get your best value for money by signing up for a yearly membership.
If you would like the ultimate flexibility, you can choose for a stripcard of 10 credits or decide on a single drop-in (perfect if visiting from out of town). Still unsure? Try our free trail class (max 1 per person) so we can help you on the way!
